I'm excited because today we're going to prepare Kilpatrick oysters.
It's the first time I try it at home, and I think it's going to be delicious.
For this recipe we're going to need fresh oysters, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, and smoked bacon.

Smoked bacon, diced
Cook the bacon lightly
Mix equal parts of Worcestershire and Tomato sauce + tabasco to taste.
Place oyster on a bed of rock salt
Pour a tablespoon of sauce mix on the oyster
Add the bacon
Broil (grill) for 5-6 minutes on a bed of rock salt
Serve oysters on a bed of rock salt.
Yum! A delicious recipe packed with flavour, and a great introduction for those still a little cautious of oysters.
