I think it's super important to always challenge ourselves, get out of our comfort zones, try new things... and it's with that spirit that today I'm going to prepare Shanghai oysters.
It's something I've never tried before but it's a recipe I kind of learned on a trip to the East Coast of Australia.
Kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
Fresh grated ginger
Simply sprinkle the ingredients onto the oyster and top with a squeeze of lime juice.
This was my first time making Shanghai Oysters – the fresh flavours of lime and ginger were delicious!
